Lot 65 New Build

The house is nearly complete! We’ve used some of our savings and been incredibly blessed by some amazing volunteers who generously donated their time and offered deep discounts on materials and labor to help bring this project to life.

The interior is now fully finished, we’ve recently added topsoil, and we’re in the process of seeding the yards. A few small outdoor items still remain, but we’re excited to say that we are actively looking for new residents to move into this beautiful home.

Praise God for His provision every step of the way!

Lot 37 – Reconditioning

This double-wide trailer with full basement is in solid overall condition and needs only targeted updates to prepare it for the next resident. The reconditioning includes wall patching and repairs upstairs; new kitchen lighting; replacement of four windows; a key plumbing correction in the main drain line; and a full interior paint job in fresh neutral tones.

Lot 47W – Remodel

This charming duplex, built in 1982, is scheduled for a full interior refresh. We’re completely remodeling the bathroom, updating the kitchen, replacing all flooring, and painting throughout to give it a fresh, modern feel.

Lot 10 – Remodel

This charming two-bedroom, three-bathroom home was built in the 1980s and is ready for a fresh new look and some much-needed TLC. Unfortunately, moisture damage in the master bathroom has accelerated our timeline, and many other areas of the house are feeling quite dated.

To bring it back to life, we’ll be completely re-sheetrocking most of the walls, installing a brand-new kitchen, new flooring throughout, and fresh paint. Our goal is to transform it into a cozy, updated home that feels warm and inviting once again.

We’ve set aside some funds to begin the demo phase and hope to kick off the full remodel later this year. To make this project a success, we’re currently seeking additional funding as well as volunteers who would like to help with the renovation.

If you’re interested in supporting the project—whether through a donation or by lending a hand during demo or construction days—please reach out! We’d love to turn this house into a beautiful, comfortable home with your help.

New Equipment Shed

Our current equipment shed has seen better days. The roof is beginning to sag, the structure is deteriorating, and it’s long overdue for replacement.

Our plan is to dismantle the existing shed and build a new, durable one enclosed on three sides. We’ll also lay fresh gravel to create a clean, stable area for parking and storing our equipment—designed to serve us reliably for many years to come.

Carpenter Shop Roof & Siding

This is one of our oldest maintenance buildings. We use the large space to store materials and supplies, and its open floor plan makes it perfect for working on and maintaining our larger equipment. The metal roof has held up remarkably well over the years, but it’s finally starting to show its age. We’re setting aside funds to install a new roof and possibly replace the siding. Our goal is to keep this important space serving us well for many years to come.
