Lot 15 Remodel
This cozy home needs final repairs and upgrades to make it functional and welcoming. Your donation will help provide updated cabinetry and durable flooring to create a warm home for our residents.

Lot 65 New Build
We’re putting the final touches on a brand-new home, including interior walls, finishes, and landscaping. Help us get this home complete so it can have its first resident.

Lot 32 Remodel

This home requires a full transformation to meet the needs of its future residents, including structural repairs, updated plumbing, electrical work, and fresh interiors. You can help make this home a modern haven for a retired missionary, pastor, or career Christian worker.
For example, the kitchen currently has carpet. This needs to be removed and replaced with a more “cooking-friendly” floor covering.

Culvert Upgrades and Repairs
Southeast Missouri often gets flash floods from storms. Unfortunately, our current culverts and ditches need some work to help keep our roads from washing out. We’re planning on upgrading the size of several existing culverts and installing some additional ones to keep as much water off the roads as possible.
This cost includes both supplies and equipment rental, as we don’t currently own the equipment to tackle this project.

New Equipment Shed
Our current equipment shed is in pretty sad shape. The roof is starting to sag, it’s falling apart, and it’s in desperate need of replacement. Our goal is to dismantle the current shed, build a new one that’s enclosed on three sides, and put new gravel down.

Metal Roof on Machine Shop and Carpenter’s Shop

The metal roof on our machine shop needs to be replaced. The building used as a carpenter’s shop also needs a new metal roof.
